Domain Names

A domain name is the name of your website and requires registration with a registrar.

Most of our customers commission us to handle the registration of their domain names for a variety of benefits. As such, and per each agreement, unless specified otherwise, each domain name is registered by MyWebsitePaid, or it's officers, on behalf of the client. The following are rules and regulations governing domain names, domain name registration and the relationship between MyWebsitePaid and our client's in respect to the domain name.

• Each domain name is registered with the registrar chosen by MyWebsitePaid.com at the time of registration.
• To claim ownership, each client must receive an invoice from MyWebsitePaid.com for said domain name and must be paid for in full.
• Transfer of domain names is subject to transfer fees and zero balance accounts.
• New domain names cannot be transferred for a period of 60 days as specificed by ICANN rules, the governing body for all domain names.
• MyWebsitePaid.com does not hold hostage any domain name attached to an account with a current balance of $0.
• Abandoned domain names are defined as domain names holding a direct balance of the domain name for a period of more than 14 days, or domain names attached to accounts with a past due balance of more than 30 days. Abandoned domain names automatically become the property of MyWebsitePaid.com.
• MyWebsitePaid.com reserves the right of applications towards any abandoned domain name at any time for any reason without any notice.
• Clients wishing to import their domain name are subject to the same rules as domain names registered by MyWebsitePaid.com.

MyWebsitePaid.com has no interest in your domain name or the website attached. Although most clients will prove to operate fairly and honestly, every so often a person will come along with the wrong attitude. For that person we are forced to impose special rules and guidelines.

Hosting

Hosting is the physical storage of computer files on a computer server.

MyWebsitePaid.com provides and prefers to provide, hosting for all the websites created by us on behalf of our clients for a variety of benefits on both sides. Hosting fees, unless specified in a written agreement is an added charge, separate from all other fees and charges. Hosting fees must be made current prior to actual hosting. Websites with unpaid hosting fees are subject to the following rules and regulations.

• MyWebsitePaid.com may impose fees and other fines as mentioned in our [include link to page] page.
• Placement of links and advertisements of any kind for the sole benefit of MyWebsitePaid.com without any notification.
• Remove any and all information from website at any time.
• Suspension of service.
• Hosting fees must be paid in full, including the time periods where the website was suspended, made inoperable, or used for financial benefit of MyWebsitePaid.com.

Website hosting may be voluntarily suspended without penalty for any period of time with proper notice. All such notices will be verified by phone to the number provided on the website or recorded in the account at the time of registration.

For current accounts, MyWebsitePaid.com will never post any content on respective websites for purposes other than the website development without your permission. Each website hosted receives a link back to us at the very bottom and can be removed upon request. Design or Development recognitions will only be published accurately. For integrity purposes, credit will not be given to anyone not responsible for the creation of the website.

MyWebsitePaid.com does not host any material that conflicts with local, state, and/or federal laws and regulations. We do not host any pornographic photos, videos or links to such materials. Regardless of changes in law or their specifics, our stand on drugs is very simple, we do not allow it thus we will never purposefully promote it. We do not host any websites that promote sex, drugs, hatred, violence, racism or discrimination of any kind. We value the laws governed under The Constitution with a conservative and rational philosophy.

Design & Development

We do not like contracts. However, to offer affordable website services, we have products that resemble terms and conditions of a typical contract.

Website design is a very time consuming service that requires special programming skills acquired over long periods of time. It is our effort to never undermine the value of any web designer. With this in mind, most of our pricing is designed as a leasing agent for the website. The client does not actually own the website or the artwork provided, it is the property of MyWebsitePaid. With the constant upgrading of search engines and browsers, it is of very limited value to own a website.

We guarantee our websites to be functional in all popular current browsers at no additional cost. The same service is not extended to websites we sell as a one-time transaction. Without prior notice, we make improvements to your website that enable beneficial online ranking and functionality. Website redesign is often implemented and published pending your approval at no additional cost. For such reasons it is your benefit to lease our website services. All website services must be paid in a timely fashion as outlined in your agreement.

Unpaid website fees are subject to website suspension and usage of said website by MyWebsitePaid without further notice.

Marketing

MyWebsitePaid does not guarantee performance of any marketing campaign. Agreed charges must be paid prior to any actual marketing services rendered. Marketing fees and charges are never refundable. Marketing fees are based on a monthly schedule. A percentage of your marketing dollars is applied to administrative costs disclosed in your agreement. A small percentage is subject to a "cushion loss." We define "cushion loss" as a percentage of a marketing budget absorbed for the purpose of over-charges caused by traffic after a marketing campaign has been paused or stopped by us to the actual time it is removed from the internet by the search engine. We have no way of controlling this delay and therefore secure a portion of your marketing dollars against these charges. This is a universal fee application and is not refundable.

A non-refundable fee agreement must be electronically signed before any marketing services can be rendered.

General

MyWebsitePaid reserves the right to honor any pricing for any reason at any given time. Prices are subject to change prior agreement of services between MyWebsitePaid and client. Verbal abuse and lack of cooperation will not be tolerated. Such poor actions will result in service termination and refunds, if any, will be forfeited.
